The heroes who rate the common foodstuff

Weird little thing to talk about, but I really love when people do this thing, where they find themselves creating a collection of ratings they have for some genre of consumable that they have so much experience eating or drinking (or smelling? Please, if you do this for candles or perfume let me know!) that they've made this internal database of where they all rank. And if I'm very lucky, they will share this collection with the world. Internet, please keep doing this. It makes these mundane details of my everyday life less mundane. And yes, I'm trying to figure out how I want to do this myself.

Anyway, here's the lovely people I've found so far:

rachychel's Tea Page My favorite! I love tea! Super cute website, too. Photos of the cups with the parameters really makes this something worth reading through for just entertainment, imo.

LavenderBlues' Drinks Page Super interesting selection of unique drinks I haven't had before, really hope I can try some of them some day. Another cute website!

Suboptimalism The first person I saw doing this, and definitely one of the better neocities blogs I've read. This guy, he can write! Not a bad layout, either.

Noodlist I was a little unsure at first this was going to link to something noodle related lol. This is a little different, it's where others can join and add to the ratings, which I think can be fun! I've tried so many of these, I'll need to give my own. The reason this counts to me is because it's on a pretty small scale, no some corpo trying to get me to ingest more sodium eheh.

I'm always on the lookout for more like this. I might make a part 2 if I find enough!

I am a fool, an absolute goof. How could I forget Ava's Matcha Blog, The Emerald Sip? Love her organization of everything, I would call this whole page a great intro to what Bearblog can be, as well. Five out of five cups!
